SCHOLARSHIPS

The De Pere High School Parent Club Scholarships were established to honor students for their academic achievements, involvement in extra-curricular activities, and community involvement.  Although applicants will be expected to show achievement in each category, they will choose to be evaluated more heavily in one area.

The DPHS Parents Club awards two scholarships.

The Donald Pierce Scholarship, was established to recognize a man who provided leadership to the students of DPHS as principal from 1977-1994.  This is a $1,000 scholarship given to a student planning to attend a four year institution of higher learning.

The Robert Etter Scholarship was established to honor Mr. Etter for his commitment to education and community service.  Mr. Etter, a past Parent Club co-president, was killed in the line of duty as a police officer in July of 2002.  This $500 scholarship is given to a student planning to attend a two year post high school program.
